In recent years, China's youth physical fitness has declined year by year, which has aroused the common concern of the government and the society. Youth sports club as a form of public service of sports, to the whole society to provide a variety of youth sports services. Under the guidance of the national policy of youth sports club has been the rapid development, and soon got the recognition and popularity of the general public.Youth sports club is an important form of organization, a kind of sports has the characteristics of public welfare non-profit organization is a new type of social organization of the state government and the vigorous development of the youth sports club is not only to provide public sports service for the purpose, and occupy a space for one person in the development of public utilities, to their ability independent operation have, however the club in organization development, resource protection, operation, supervision and management, presents many problems, especially the large amount of capital investment in the country to create a club, the lack of effective supervision system, make the most of the club is useless, do not meet the original intention of creating.In this paper, we study mainly with the method of literature, expert interviews, case analysis and logical analysis, the operation mode of Olympic Sports in Shaanxi Province teenagers sport club and Vancouver YMCA youth sports club were analysis and research, draw the following conclusions:(1) according to the comparison between the youth sports club operation mode and the source of funds, and the guiding ideology of Shaanxi Province Olympic youth sports club operation can not meet the youth of sports service needs. Shaanxi Province Olympic Youth Sports Club has a government led, but the shortage of funds, funds source single and excessive reliance on government funding is main problems existing in Shaanxi Province Olympic Youth Sports Club.(2) based on the comparison of two youth sports club activities of the organization and personnel structure and found that Shaanxi Province Olympic youth sports club activities content to arrange special curriculum setting is too traditional, lack of the new project development, curriculum structure, form and quality needs to be improved, between various sports development is not balanced. The organizational structure of the youth sports club human resources in Shaanxi Province Olympic Youth Sports Club focuses in the construction of the coach team, while ignoring the development of administrative personnel, and is not a sustainable development mode.(3) according to the comparison between the youth sports club operation mode and the sources of fund of found Vancouver YMCA youth sports club in adolescents of sports service need timely update and improvement, rational planning and development, meet the demand for sports service of teenagers. A large number of social donations and corporate donations are the main source of club funds.(4) based on the comparison of two youth sports club activities of the organization and personnel structure and found that Vancouver YMCA youth sports club in the creation of the traditional Olympic Games project at the same time, set the rich non Olympic projects and projects to expand the quality of the organization activities of the club has been diversified development. Attracted a large number of volunteers to participate in the daily operation of the club, saving costs while maintaining the vitality of the club management team.(5) in Shaanxi Province Olympic Youth Sports Club can draw lessons from the main development four approaches, namely: to maintain a government led, timely understanding of teenagers the demand of sports service; to broaden the sources of funding, development of diversified business model; learn from Vancouver YMCA club, in addition to the traditional project of youth sports programs carried out; changes in personnel structure, pay attention to management staff development. |
