The Research Of Contemporary University Students' Religious Beliefs

China is in a period of rapid social transformation,culture and spiritual realm is facing reconstruction,while the economy is prospering and developing.People are facing a more serious crisis of faith.And“religion fever”among university students is a certain evidence of the faith crisis.As high-knowledge group in young people,university students' spiritual value choice not only directly relates to the overall development of their own,but also relates to the success or failure of socialism with Chinese characteristics,even relates to the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In view of this,I conduct a survey on the religious beliefs situation of 10 universities in Wuhan,which indicates that only a few university students choose to believe in religion under the combined effect of social transformation's,poor ideological education,religious in herent enormous cultural charm,religious forces' hiding infiltration and the students themselves,they are deviating from the Marxist belief.and this phenomenon is also moving towards four trends,which mainly reflect in the upward trend of the proportion of religious faith,the centralization trend of choice of religious faith,the utilitarian trend of religious motives,the diversified trend of religious way,which will be bound to cause inevitable impacts on university students' mind.Although some positive components of religion have some positive effects on university students in moral self-discipline,psychological comfort,only some university students choose to believe in religion because they are curious about religion,but the phenomenon of “religion fever” has seriously distorted their view of the world,life outlook,values,resulting in religious extremist idea,which makes people more worried.Therefore,we should adopt a right attitude towards young university students' religious beliefs,and then strengthen e ducation of ideals and beliefs to r ealize the essence of religion,which can promote the formation of a scientific view of the world and set up the Marxism belief;focus more on humane care and psychological counseling to improve university students' mental health;regulate campus religious affairs according to norms to prevent infiltration of religion,g rasping the socialism school direction and firmly occupying ideological and cultural positions with Marxist theory weapon,which helps arm university students mind and bring true spiritual nourishment to young university students so that they could really know some knowledge,some identifications,and make a difference,achieving perfect unity of knowledge and faith and making them become the qualified builders and reliable successors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics to contribute to the realization of Chinese Dream,and better achieve their own survival and development at the same time.
