The teacher plays a very important role in children's games,teachers' involvement in children's games can enrich children's game experience,through mutual support and reaction of children,promote children's cognitive and social development;on the other hand,if the teacher involved improperly,will destroy or hinder children's games,reduce the children the learning opportunities.Due to the effect of teachers' involvement in the game has two sides,so if teachers can at the right time,choose to support the involvement of the game,is the participation of teachers to enrich their experience,improve their level of the game;on the contrary,if the teacher too much control,or human development is usually interrupted game.In this study,literature review,interviews and case analysis are used to study.The Xuelang center kindergarten teachers in Wuxi city are big team interviews,through a case,the teacher in the children's game "improper intervention"problems were analyzed,summed up the negative effect of teachers in children's games improper intervention and invalid improper intervention,and finally puts forward measures for improvement.
