new,social media tools for social change caused the humanity to enter the network information age,especially the letters,twitter and other social media,provides greater convenience for the spread of public opinion.Nowadays in the integration trend development of network news medias and traditional medias.The public sentiment present the increase in the number of apparent complexity.Discreteness has become increasingly prominent.In this background public sentiment can make it more difficult to analyze and inefficient for development.At the 18 th National Congress of the Party,the Party highly emphasized: We should intensify our efforts to implement the security strategy of our country,build a perfect working mechanism,be vigilant against the separatist activities of hostile forces and
