Research On Formation Mechanism And Prevention Strategy Of Public Security Risk Of Major Security Accidents In Weibo

At present,our society is in a risk society,and it contains risks that are difficult to predict and measure,including public opinion risks.The handling and resolution of public opinion risks are major issues related to social stability,the credibility of the government,and other factors that affect the level of China's governance capabilities,and need to attract the attention of the entire society.Major security incidents exposed by Weibo have been increasing year by year,and social media represented by Weibo has become the first medium for such incidents.Once a major security incident occurs,it will become the focus of discussion on Weibo,and the topic will remain high.The occurrence of major security accidents not only caused huge losses to people's lives and property,but also caused public opinion risks caused by major security accidents,which adversely affected the image of the government,local people,local businesses,and social order.This research takes the public opinion evolution process of the 3/21 Xiangshui explosion accident in Weibo as an example,and analyzes the formation mechanism of the public opinion risk of major public security accidents.The research progresses from the process of public opinion to the research of results.The study found that in the process of public opinion research,based on the public opinion life cycle theory,the public opinion of major security accidents in Weibo was divided into the formation period,the outbreak period,the recession period,the repetition period,and the extinction period,and the propagation characteristics of each period of the five stages of public opinion were analyzed..In the research on the results of public opinion,the source and manifestation of public opinion risk are explored,the formation mechanism of public opinion risk is elaborated,and the model of public opinion risk formation mechanism is constructed.Reasons for the formation of public opinion risk The four elements of public opinion risk origin,risk subject,risk carrier,and risk bearer constitute the main risk formation elements;internal motivation driven by the subject's empathy psychology and collective behavior,social stratification reconstruction,and technical risk drive It constitutes an external driving force,and both form a driving force for theformation of risks from the inside and the outside,and jointly promote the formation of public opinion risks.This research integrates relevant risk factors such as public opinion risk sources,manifestations,and formation mechanisms,and builds a HHM-based framework for identifying public security risks of major security incidents,in order to better measure and evaluate public security risk of major security incidents on Weibo.At the same time,the prevention strategies of public opinion risks are proposed to provide a reference perspective before,during,and after the handling of public security risks of major security incidents,in order to better prevent the public opinion risks of major security incidents.
