Research On The Management Of Political And Legal Public Opinion In The View Of "Two Public Opinion Fields"

After the concept of "two public opinion fields" was put forward,it was universally recognized by the academia and the industry and was studied in depth.Based on the "two public opinion field" exists as a foothold,the previous scholars on the "two public opinion field" based on the research results,combined with the author's working practice,adopts the method of case analysis and case analysis,in recent years,major political events involving the case sensitive to public opinion carried out and summarized the current situation and law public opinion management mode.The study found that in the face of political and law related public opinion,the government and law departments have basically been able to take a better way to deal with,but there are still many areas to be promoted.In particular,in the face of the incident of political and legal cases of sudden public opinion crisis,the government and law department's response is still "busy".Based on these,this paper is based on the law enforcement departments enhance response capacity of public opinion,promote the two public opinion field involved in politics and law "" positive development,try to put forward legal departments to deal with public opinion case specific procedures and the preparation of the work flow chart,in order to create a good ecological environment and the related public opinion to make some contribution.
