Bicycle Club Development Patterns Research From Cultural Perspective

In recent years, with the improvement of living standards, people have paid widespread attention to health. More and more people are involved in the nationwide fitness campaign. Among the wide range of fitness campaigns, the bicycle sports become more and more popular. Just a few years, there were a large number of bicycle clubs all over the country, and carried out many events to make the sport unprecedented development. In Yong'an of Fujian province is no exception, with many bicycle clubs also should be subsequently. Under this circumstance, based on the basic information of Yong'an bicycle club members, and investigation, research and analysis of clubs organized events, this paper provides theoretical basis for the research of the bicycle club management strategy.This paper uses literature method, interview method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics, logic analysis of bicycle club development model theory and empirical research, it gets conclusions as following:1. Three patterns of bicycle club development from cultural perspective:The Fitness Leisure Pattern; Business Promotion Pattern; Brand Radiation Pattern. Fitness Leisure Pattern is the foundation, it plays an important role in promoting the full development of Business Promotion Pattern and Brand Radiation Pattern.2. Different characteristics of three major development patterns of bicycle clubs from cultural perspective. The Fitness Leisure Pattern:bicycle club through outside organizations and villages and towns cycling, so as to truly achieve the club members to the purpose of the exercise and edify sentiment; Business Promotion Pattern:club by bringing in the enterprise itself and activities related to the club, as well as improving business visibility and influence, makes itself have a stable source of funding. Brand Radiation Pattern:cycling, cycling club development and urban economic and cultural construction form the mutual support, mutual promotion and common development by taking the big games.3. Development of Yong'an bicycle clubs have the following characteristics:(1) Yong'an bicycle club development models mainly include fitness leisure and business promotion. (2) Members of Yong'an involved in cycling who are male, well educated, young or middle-aged as well as stable work, represent a significant proportion of high income people. (3) Most of them are involved in the crowd in order to keep fit, advocate natural and make friends; (4) Combining with the clubs, some bicycle brand effectively increase its market power.4. Deficiencies in the development of Yong'an bicycle clubs:(1) The support of local government for the bicycle clubs is not strong enough. (2) Bicycle clubs lack publicity for cycling value and their own. (3) Internal management system of bicycle clubs is not professional and scientific. It can not balance individual characteristic difference and different needs in the organization of the events.5. Yong'an bicycle club development strategies under the cultural perspective:Club in the process of development can be appropriately reference Yong'an Merida Outdoor Bicycle Club management strategy, combined Yong'an situation with its actual situation and improve its operation and management mode. Further develop fitness leisure patterns and cultural elements, expanding crowd attending bicycle clubs and create conditions for the formation and development of business promotion pattern and brand radiation pattern. The specific strategies are as follows:(1) Introduce the relevant personnel, learn from experienced bicycle clubs and sum up experience. (2) Strengthen the contact with local relevant government departments, enterprises, etc. (3) To do propaganda work, promote the bike brand influence. (4) Pay attention to held or bring in the high-level competitions, and taking in the local culture and folk customs, thus improve the reputation and competitiveness of the city.
