Implicit Ideological And Political Education In Higher Vocational Colleges

In this paper, using literature analysis and comparative research, the problem of the implicit ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges has been deeply researched. It analyzed the resources, characteristics and functions of the implicit ideological and political education, comparing with dominant ideological and political education, the paper revealed the features of higher vocational colleges and the significance of the implicit ideological and political education. As for the existing problems in higher vocational colleges, such as backward education concept, lack of education function, incomplete guarantee mechanism, and the improperly applied carrier, the paper advised many different solutions, including establishing comprehensive employee education principle, playing effectively to the role of educators, speeding up to set up the completed system of specialized agencies, professional team and special funds, working out the education carrier effectively and properly, innovative using of campus culture, network media, social practice and psychological consultation to develop the implicit ideological and political education. Improve the recessive ideological and political education and the dominant thought political education fit, strengthen the ideological and political education effect.
