Research On Ideological And Political Education Of Higher Vocational College Students

Higher vocational education is based on the employment-oriented model as the premise,training high-quality talent as the core of the education model.At the beginning of 1980,China's first batch of vocational colleges was established,for the development of our country to provide a batch of professional construction talent.Nowadays,higher vocational education has gone through 30 years,the rapid development of higher vocational colleges in China,the education system is also becoming more perfect.Such as the increase in vocational colleges,the number of students increased,the scale of running schools,professional disciplines continue to increase,the development prospects are very broad.Due to the development of society,higher vocational education has put forward new requirements for personnel training.However,due to the particularity of Higher Vocational Education of its own,the reality of higher vocational education is to cultivate talents of the machine,too much emphasis on professional skills,and ignore the original purpose of education is to teach,causes the ideological and political education of higher vocational college students have relatively large deviation.This article will take nine higher vocational colleges of Jiangxi Province as the basis,on the basis of deep investigation,from the current higher vocational colleges in China and the status of the existing practical problems,strive to put forward the corresponding effective solutions to solve existing in the ideological and political education work in higher vocational colleges,so as to the ideological and political education work in Higher Vocational Colleges smoothly provide theoretical and practical guidance.
