Teachers are usually the first group of adults to play an important role in children's life except their families. Teachers are not only the initiators of students' study, but also have a direct impact on the all-round development of students' personality. In school life, teachers especially head teachers spend more time with students so that their relationship is relatively close. At the same time, companions also play a very important role in the personality development of students.Therefore, students'perception of teacher moral expectation, peer moral expectation and self moral expectation will affects the teacher moral expectation to students. This study aims at discuss the relationship between teacher moral expectation to students and students'perception of teacher moral expectation, peer moral expectations and self moral expectations, and the influence on students'moral development. The purposes of this paper are:(1) Understanding the current situation and characteristics of teacher moral expectation and students' perception of teacher moral expectation. (2) Understanding the current situation and characteristics of peer moral expectation and self moral expectation. (3) Discussing the relationship between teacher moral expectation to students and students' perception of teacher moral expectation, peer moral expectations and self moral expectations. (4) Self moral expectation is mediator factor between teacher moral expectation and peer moral expectation. (5) Summarizing the results, tabling concrete proposals for the reference of education, counseling and research.In this study, three public schools in Longyan City as the respondent, including two parallel classes from each grade of fifth grade, eighth grade, sophomore class students and teachers, a total of 316 students,24 teachers. Research materials are including the data collecting from teachers'and students'score table. According to the survey data, statistical correlation analysis method was used. The following are conclusions.(1)The differences between teacher moral expectations and students' perception of teacher moral expectation are significantly. (2) Differences between peer moral expectation and self moral expectations present in gender, class cadres and grades. (3) The differences between teacher moral expectation and students' perception of teacher moral expectation, peer moral expectation and self moral expectation are significantly. Besides, peer moral expectation is the most effective predictive variable. (4) Self moral expectation is mediator factor between teacher moral expectation and peer moral expectation.
