Nowadays,English has become an important tool for international communication,and it is an important standard for Chinese students to learn the different grades,each grade and the level of their studies.Elementary school is the foundation stage of various disciplines,the primary school students' English learning is also subject to parents and schools.Among them,the influence of school education is no doubt,the importance of family education is also very important.This paper,from the perspective of social constructivism,the growth environment of the family education of primary school students in Harbin,the influence of English learning performance is investigated and analyzed.Through investigation and research,it is found that some social factors,and family education factors,can directly or indirectly affect the results of English learning of primary school students.And for the primary school students' English learning social phenomenon and family education,put forward some ideas and suggestions.The child education and growth environment,get to the root of the problem is affected by the original family,the most direct,the most profound.Children from entering the community,whether it is into the kindergarten,elementary,middle school,high school,or college,society,have become their learning and access to knowledge of the environment.But for them,the same,the influence is the most profound,but it comes from their growing environment,the family's influence.If the family is the first school,then the parents are the children's first teacher.What are the factors that affect students' English learning in the home environment? What factors are important for primary school students' English learning? What problems should be paid attention to in family education? How to improve family education,make it more effective to improve the students' English learning performance.These questions are the research purpose of this topic.This article is made up of four parts:Part I: literature review.Firstly,the present situation of English learning at home and abroad is introduced,and the theory of Vygotsky's psychological development,social constructivism and foreign language education policy in various countries are interpreted.And then the way and characteristics of the national foreign language curriculum,as well as the status quo of the reform of the college entrance examination system,are analyzed and described.The second part: theoretical basis.In view of the background of family education,and the influence factors of primary school students English learning,the analysis is carried out.At the same time,from the family's economic situation and cultural environment in two aspects,to analyze the impact of various factors on English learning.Social consultation is an important concept of social constructivism,which has important influence on family education.The third part is the empirical research.Through questionnaire survey,questionnaire design,sample analysis,data as the basis,to analyze the different occupations and education of parents,parents of interest and interest in English,the children learning English.In view of the existing examination system,the social education and school auxiliary after-school classes are,side effects are analyzed and explained.The fourth part: conclusion and suggestion.Under the influence of social constructivism to primary school students' English learning,it is suggested that family create a good cultural environment and hardware facilities,and lay a foundation for students to learn English well.
