Research On Choosing And Setting Advanced Typical Models Of Contemporary College Students

Students living in colleges are in a critical period of personal growth.On the one hand,the construction of knowledge system has not been completed.On the other hand,the construction of values has not been shaped.In the environment of political and economic and cultural globalization,students are highly vulnerable to be affected by a variety of bad ideas,and their healthy growth can not be separated from the leadership of advanced college student models.The fact proved that choosing and setting advanced college student models was a typical guide method in ideological and political education concrete practice and a good method of using a typical force to guide students to become talents who combine ability with political integrity and develop comprehensively.However.In the current,choosing and setting advanced college student models,there exists some problems such as undemocratic ways of selecting models and the inadequate demonstration of models.And the role of guidance and demonstration played by advanced college student models shows a weakening trend.Therefore,at this stage,how to choose and set advanced college student models becomes an important subject of moral education research in colleges and universities.Therefore,this paper carries on the thorough research.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part clarifies and defines the connotation of the choosing and setting of advanced college student models.On this research basis,the author puts forward the Marxist theory,pedagogy,psychology and management theory as the theoretical support for the choosing and setting of models.Combined with the background of the times and the present situation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,the author briefly summarizes the practical significance of the choosing and setting of models.Through questionnaire survey,the second part investigates and analyzes the cognitive situation of the contemporary advanced college student models,and finds that there is a contrast between college students' willingness to learn from the models around them and participate in selection and their behavior.The propaganda ways need to be innovated.The third part summarizes the current situation of the choosing and setting of advanced college student models from the macroscopic aspect,and finds that the classification of advanced college student models chosen and set in colleges and universities tends to be diversified and the idea of choosing and setting focuses on the achievements of innovation and entrepreneurship.It is found that the choosing and setting of models still exists many problems such as weak awareness of the choosing and setting of models,undemocratic ways of selecting models,inadequate demonstration of models and so on.The author makes a further analysis and obtains the reasons.The fourth part puts forward the six principles that should be followed in the choosing and setting of advanced college student models,aiming to correct the attitude of choosing and setting advanced college student models.Through the establishment and improvement of the choosing and setting mechanism of advanced models the author explores the way to solve the existing problems,which provides a reference for ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
