It is of great value to professionalization for new teachers to promote their level of teaching verbal ability.The study was intended to research problems occurred to the novice mathematics teachers,focused on exploring the patterns and paths of the development for novice mathematics teachers' teaching verbal ability in specific teaching situations to achieve the reference value of the novice mathematics teachers'professional development.The first part of the paper mainly expounds the logic of the classroom teaching process and the structure of the teaching words in different perspectives.The paper points out the problems of the traditional structure of teaching words through the analysis of classroom teaching process and logical construction of teaching verbal in the logic based on 'person-thing'.On this basis,it discusses the necessity of constructing the structure of classroom teaching speech based on "person-person",to analyze the problems of teachers' classroom teaching verbal.The classroom teaching words based on 'person-person' can be divided into the structural words with relative certainty and the uncertain pragmatic verbal.The structural words is to reflect the changes in the law of the relative constant needed to be explored and grasped,while the pragmatic verbal reflects the different styles and wisdom in invariable individuals.The second part of the paper mainly discusses the significance and value of the development of the novice mathematics teachers' classroom teaching verbal ability,which is mainly reflected in the following two aspects:one is the significance of the teacher professional development,another is the significance of the students'development.The lack of educational scale and the inherent prescriptive of teaching verbal require novice mathematics teachers to promote their verbal ability in classroom teaching.On the other hand,the need for all-round development of students and the development of reflective thinking have put forward to the demands for novice mathematics teachers to improve their verbal ability.The third part of the paper mainly expounds the stages and path of the development of the novice mathematics teachers' classroom teaching verbal.The paper summarizes the main stages of its development:express inexactly in ignorant period,speech for teaching in cognitive period and speech for students in strengthening period,and analyzes the main difficulties and solutions of teachers'verbal development in each stage by cases studies of several new math teachers for one academic year.The main dilemma of 'ignorant period' is speech randomly,the main strategy to overcome the random speech is to strengthen the cognition of the classroom teaching speech structure;The major obstacle of 'cognitive period' is speech mechanically,the main strategy is to strengthen the grasp of classroom uncertainty;The main dilemma of 'strengthening period' is the belief crisis of verbal redevelopment,the strategy to address it is to strengthen the reflective practice.To summarizes,the novice teachers will be able to step on mature way by accumulating personal situational experience constantly.
