| The country has always had an urgent need to improve the quality of education.Improving the teaching level of teachers and promoting the professional development of teachers are essential guarantees to enhance the quality of education.The interaction between teachers and students is mainly based on speech,and through the interaction of vocabulary,teaching and learning can benefit each other.High-quality verbal interaction can arouse students’ interest in education,inspire students’ thinking,lead students to think deeply,promote the development of students’ intelligence and ability,and affect students’ ideological and moral character and cultural accomplishment level.The teaching characteristics and wisdom of experienced teachers in classroom language interaction have a good demonstration and reference significance for novice teachers to improve their professional ability in the future.This paper analyzes the characteristics of speech interaction between novice teachers and experienced teachers from four aspects: classroom speech structure,teaching style,emotional atmosphere,question and answer,and student speech.The data of matrix analysis,curve analysis,and proportion analysis of the i FIAS are used for quantitative research.The teaching videos and transcripts are used for qualitative research to analyze the reasons behind the data.The results show that novice teachers are more teacher-centered in the classroom,the proportion of teacher talk is higher,the participation of students is low,and the dominant position is not entirely played;Teachers ask few open questions,the creative question-and-answer mode is more minor,teacher-student communication is not smooth,some seemingly frequent teacher-student interaction is meaningless,students are only passive participants.In the classroom of proficient teachers,students have more opportunities and space to express themselves,and their participation in the classroom is higher.Professional teachers are better at using indirect language to influence students and strengthen students effectively and positively,and specific and rich feedback words can stimulate students’ interest in further communication.Through the comparison,the author finds out the problems of novice teachers in verbal interaction,and puts forward some suggestions to novice teachers. |
