Education,has always been an important factor affecting social and personal development.Family education investment in their children will affect their children's future intelligence,knowledge and skills,thereby affecting their children's adult income and their parental pension return.With Reform and Opening up and Improvement of living standards,civic education continues to improve at the same time,population aging is also increasing.National Bureau of Statistics data show that since 2015,in China's 1.37 billion population,college education and more than 170.93 million people,accounting for 12% of the total population;60 years of age and older population of 230.86 million,accounting for 16.7%;65 years And above population of 15 million people,accounting for 10.8%.However,the current situation,China's pension model,especially in the vast rural areas is still dominated by Family pension.The core question to be studied in this paper is the intergenerational relationship between Chinese family education investment and family pension.The core problem can be divided into three main problems: the influence of parental education degree on their children's education degree,the influence of the children's education degree on their income.,the influence of the children's education degree on financial support that they gave their parents.Around the Family pension and children's education investment has been some research.The focus of the study is on rural areas and the educational level of children is only included as an integral part of the overall analysis.Based on the data of China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study(CHARLS)in 2013,this paper analyzes the relationship between family educational investment and parental pension return on urban and rural family and puts forward some suggestions.In addition to the introduction,the article is divided into four chapters: The first chapter introduces the definition of family education investment,Family pension and intergenerational transfer,and the theory of human capital,the theory of Family pension and the theory intergenerational transfer motive related to research topic.The second chapter introduces the data source,selects 900 cases of sample they are elderly over 60 years old and has child,introduces the sample processing process and the basic situation of the sample and according to the sample information,describes the circumstances of family education investment and the economic support of the Family pension in China.In the three chapter,the author proposed to the study hypothesis and build the model and did regression analyzes the influence of parental education degree on their children's education degree,the influence of the children's education degree on their income.,and the influence of the children's education degree on financial support that they gave their parents.The regression analysis was carried out on the three issues and the corresponding regression equation was obtained.In the fourth chapter,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.On the basis of combing and analyzing the data,this paper draws the following conclusions: The economic support obtained from the children is positively correlated with the education level of the offspring.The higher education degree of the children is given to parents The greater the likelihood that the pension economy will support it.This shows that the parent of the progeny education investment can be effectively transformed into the descendants of human capital levels and income,which further into the parent's pension return.Therefore,the increase in family education investment can effectively promote the sustainable development of family pension.
