The Selecting Of Pension Way Under The Background Of Changing Between Intergenerational Relations And Family Structure In Rural

The core of contemporary rural family structure, miniaturization, diversity andintergenerational relations center of gravity, the weakening of the exchangeinteraction rational changes in the situation of relying on the traditional way of ruralold-age pension households caused a huge impact and influence. In the traditionalrural family pension, child endowment, pension and other land features weakeningway, the way of self-pension for the elderly and the ability to work their own healthand high social pension dependent manner unsound background, has not been anyother way a pension complete follow-up to compensate. Rural elderly themselves dueto lack of pre-retirement accumulation, related rural old-age security system is notperfect and other reasons, obviously, pension issues in rural China is a city of moreconcern compared to a serious problem.In this paper, pension support and intergenerational relations theory as thepremise, on the basis of self questionnaire on empirical research survey in HeBei ruralelderly. Through index selection, data processing, using binary logistic regressionmodel to build, focused on the rural elderly in the family structure and changes inintergenerational relations background, the rural elderly the way the current pensionsatisfaction rating, which factors willingness to rural elderly tendencies andexpectations influence the choice of pension and pension-produced way.The results showed that rely on family support is still the main way of ruralelderly pension, and also the rural elderly expect a major way to choose the directionof the pension, but in other ways willingness pension choice, rural elderly alsoshowed a strong tendency to choose. For individual characteristics, individualdifferences in family structure status, intergenerational relations, pension and otheraspects of perceptions and attitudes, expectations elderly pension is also differentways, but the same factors in the choice of methods generally exhibit significantconvergence characteristics. Based on the above findings, the author based on the actual situation of theelderly in rural areas and the rural way of pension characteristics, respectively, forchanges in family structure and intergenerational relations, consolidating the core offamily pension, building social pension system and the development of harmoniousintergenerational relations path measures proposed under the premise of three mainareas, the aim is to follow the wishes of the elderly pension mode selection, tend torespond to the severe rural old-age problems.
