Research On Influencing Factors Of Rural Daughter's Pension

With the advancement of urbanization,a large number of idle rural labor force has moved into cities.According to the survey,among the people who go out to farm,the majority are men,and those who stay at home are mostly women,the elderly and children.The large number of male going out,on the one hand,makes the traditional agricultural labor force limited supply shortage,the agricultural labor force feminization,on the other hand,the traditional concept of responsibility for the elderly--the absence of a "son",the traditional pattern of only relying on "children to support the old" is difficult to maintain.In addition,in rural areas,influenced by the family planning policy,the fertility rate has been greatly reduced,the number of nuclear families has increased,and rural families have fewer resources to provide for the elderly.Especially with the appearance of pure female households and multi-female households in rural areas,the daughter's participation in old-age care has become a realistic choice.The implementation of the basic national policy of equality between men and women,to a certain extent undermines the traditional patriarchy under slavery and rule of men to women,women are no longer in the accessory position,in daily life are no longer completely obey the arrangement of the husband,especially the improvement of economic status for women of family property allocation have more say,to give parents more old-age support,and peculiar to women "maiden",as its old-age support provided the impetus for the parents.Nowadays,more and more scholars are paying attention to the participation of daughters in old-age care.The existing empirical studies on daughter pension mainly investigate the causes of this phenomenon from external factors,and lack of systematic research on the behavioral mechanism of daughter pension.Daughter endowment belongs to family intergenerational interaction.The author found through reading literature that the influence on family intergenerational interaction is mostly investigated from the perspective of ethics and rationality.Therefore,this paper continues to use these two perspectives and compares and studies which analysis path is more favorable for the explanation of daughter endowment? Based on the path of rationalism,this paper analyzes the relationship between family economic capital and daughter pension,and studies whether female family power has a regulating effect on the relationship between family economic capital and daughter pension.Based on the path of ethicist analysis,this paper analyzes the relationship between the concept of filial piety andthe provision for the aged of daughters,and investigates whether the degree of emotional intimacy plays a regulating mechanism between the concept of filial piety and the provision for the aged of daughters.The research conclusion shows that,first of all,in rural areas,daughters' old-age care is above the average level,whether it is economic support,daily care or spiritual comfort.Secondly,based on the path of rationalist analysis,it is found that both family economic capital and female family power can significantly positively predict the daughter's pension.In addition,the promotion of female family power plays a part in regulating the family economic situation and the daughter's pension.This kind of adjustment effect is significant in the economic support and spiritual comfort,but not in the life care,the adjustment effect of female family power is not significant.Thirdly,based on the analysis of ethicalism,it is found that the different levels of filial piety and emotional intimacy will also have a significant positive impact on the daughter's support for old-age support.Moreover,the better the degree of emotional intimacy,the stronger the positive effect of the concept of filial piety on the daughter's pension,which is effective for the content of the three dimensions of daughter's pension.Finally,by comparing the two analysis paths,it is found that the applicable analysis paradigm will be different for different pension contents when explaining daughter endowment.Rational-based analytical paradigms are more explanatory when interpreting economic support.When it comes to life care and spiritual comfort,the ethical analysis paradigm is more applicable.
