With the rapid development of Internet technology, the rapid development of traditional consumer finance in the form and areas have undergone tremendous changes,thus, the Internet consumer financial market came into being and quickly move forward.In 2016, the Internet consumer financial market, the size of the transaction is very impressive, than in 2015 the size of the growth of 257%, and will continue to expand in the future,it is estimated that by 2018, the size of the transaction will be more than 110 billion. Internet consumer finance take the use of the advantages of the Internet itself, their quality, new products and services, enrich the different groups of financial products for the choice. In 2013, the first real sense of the college students for the phased shopping platform was born, the new generation of college students, have also been willing to try this innovation. At the same time, due to the particularity of college students,they do not have a stable source of income,and daily spending larger,many names,banks because of regulatory policies have canceled the credit card service of college students, college students have no effective channels to meet consumer demand.And for the emergence of college students staging shopping platform is just right for the solution to this problem provides a breakthrough. At the same time with the college enrollment,the increase in the number of students, the existence of this market more and more highlights their own advantages. But in the rapid development of the same time, these platforms also exposed a part of the drawbacks.
