Since the 21st century,with the complexity of management of institutions of higher learning and autonomy,the diversity of stakeholders is growing,but it also brought a lot of problems,improve the level of financial governance is one way to solve these problems.The financial governance of colleges and universities is relevant to the teaching,research 5 which is very important to perfect the internal governance of colleges and universities.China's current education system in the stage of reform,colleges and universities in the financial corruption and other issues also highlights the problems of financial governance in colleges and universities,so how to improve the level of financial governance in colleges and universities in China,how to strengthen the quality of internal governance,and further play the educational service role,We need to be concerned about.This paper summarizes the existing research of scholars at home and abroad by explaining the theories related to the financial governance in colleges and universities.The improvement of internal governance level in colleges and universities can not be separated from the improvement of financial governance level.Financial governance is related to all aspects of university work.In this paper,the AHP method is used to construct the financial governance evaluation system of the university.The system uses the financial governance related factors to stratify and solve the problem.This paper chooses the index from the four aspects of financial governance.24 indicators to complete the evaluation of financial governance,the choice of indicators combined with China's actual situation,combined with financial governance and the relevant characteristics of colleges and universities,targeted selection,combined with the matrix to obtain the relevant level of weight,the final calculation Out of the financial management level score,to ensure that the entire evaluation system of scientific.Through the case analysis of Jiangxi Normal University,this paper validates the rationality of the financial governance system,so as to provide a feasible scheme for the evaluation of the level of governance in our country.The conclusion of this paperis to provide a feasible way to perfect the financial management of university,standardize the financial behavior of colleges and universities,establish and improve the relevant financial system,attach importance to internal audit activities,and finally realize the healthy and sustainable development of colleges and universities.
