In recent years,teachers are the key factors that affect the quality of education,the success or failure of educational reform and the cultivation of talents.In this era of rapid development of the world's comprehensive national strength and that talent competition is becoming increasingly fierce,cultivating high-quality teachers has become an urgent task.In recent years,with the people's understanding of the professional development of teachers,people have a new understanding of teacher development.It is not enough that teacher's professional development only rely on the promotion of external forces.Only the teacher autonomy,conscious,dynamic participation in can achieve the best results.Only teacher's independent development is really effective "professional development".In order to know the current situation of teacher's elf-development behavior,especially in order to explore the specific behavior which promote the development of teachers' professional level.Based on the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,this paper investigates and analyzes the status of professional self-development of some primary and middle school teachers in Jiangxi province through interviews and questionnaires,investigation and analysis,logical analysis,statistical analysis of data and other research methods.Finally,it explores the strategies to promote teachers' independent development and the effective way for teachers to develop independently.The results are as follows: The effective behavior of teachers' independent development includes text reading behavior,cooperative learning behavior,learning behavior of using modern network technology,educational research behavior and reflection behavior.The level of self-developed behavior of primary and secondary school teachers is at the upper level.The relationship between the factors,the cooperative learning behavior and the reflection behavior is the best,the text reading behavior and learning behavior of using modern network technology is the second,the education research behavior is the worst;the teacher's gender,age,teaching age,academic title,and their dimensions have different effects on the level of self-developed behavior of teachers of primary and secondary school.The ways of teachers to develop their professional level are the text reading,cooperative learning,the use of modern network technology learning,education and research and reflection.Finally,the strategies to promote teachers' self-development include improving teachers' self-development consciousness,setting up reasonable teachers' professional development goals,establishing teachers' lifelong development concept,improving teachers' self-efficacy,giving teachers professional development autonomy,optimizing school evaluation mechanism and creating democratic management environment.
