Table tennis is a global sports,it is very popular with fitness crowd in China.Forehand multi-ball training method is one of the most commonly used practice methods.Loop drive technique is one of the core scoring techniques in contemporary competitive table tennis competition,it is also the most familiar attack technique with table tennis players.Skilled forehand fast loop drive technique is the key to winning the game.So practicing forehand fast loop drive technique is the important part in the technical training of table tennis.In this paper,by collecting heart rate,blood lactic acid,oxygen uptake,amount of exhaled carbon dioxide and metabolic equivalent index,when college table tennis players are practicing in forehand fast loop drive technique with increasing the intensity,calculate and analyze of the athletes for energy,and energy consumption of power system,sums up the college table tennis athletes specific technology practice energy consumption characteristics,provide the basis on fitness exercise for table tennis enthusiasts and the reference for coaches guide table tennis athletes training.For this study,there are 16 students(8 male athletes: 3 higher levels,5 high levels;8 female athletes: 4 higher levels,4 high levels)from China Table Tennis College of Shanghai University of Sport testing.Test using a mechanical ball thrower(robot),the subjects need to hit the ball with the exercise intensity in three minutes,and in total 6 times.The interval between every two levels for 1 minute to collect the blood in ear.During the test,the subjects wear the machine of metabolism of portable gas analyzer to obtain ox ygen uptake,amount of exhaled carbon dioxide,and metab olic equivalent gas index data,and calculate the energy supply s ystem for energy,combine the corresponding physiological indexes to conclude the energy consumption characteristics,and analyze the characteristics of athletes of different sex and different sport grade.Conclusion:1.There are no obvious difference between college table tennis players and ordinary people.When forehand fast loop drive training,increasing intensity is relatively small,it is small and medium intensity exercise load,aerobic power is large r.After the movement began,athlete's heart rate,blood lactic acid concentration,ox ygen uptake,amount of exhaled carbon dioxide and metabolic equivalent increase rapidly,as the exercise intensity increasing step by step,its value increases accordingl y,per level increase amplitude is smaller.After the movement,the corresponding physiological numerical can reduce because of body function recovery ability.2.When different gender table tennis players training forehand fast loop drive,male and female athletes' energy,heart rate,blood lactic acid concentration,ox ygen uptake,amount of exhaled carbon dioxide and metabolic equivalent will increase as the exercise intensity increasing step by step.Due to the different gender of body physiology,indexs of male athletes are higher than female athletes after each level exercise.3.When different movement level table tennis players training forehand fast loop drive,two movement level athletes showed same physiological function,they are not different beca use skills in table tennis is the most important,its main winning factor is technical and tactical,not physical.
