Research Intothe Home Culture Of The Chinese Super Soccer League

With the gradual deepening of the process of professional football in China,the professional football club development model has been quietly changed.The "rigid speed" team construction model which relies on rigid rules and regulations management,ignores the behavior of fans and the team service has been gradually abandoned.Instead,there is a new model which focuses on the development of vision on the cultural identity through the cohesion of the main material,spiritual,institutional level of cognition and combined with the club's local customs to make it a suitable cultural patterns for the region so that the individual behavior within the community can be clear and neat.And,through the potential impact of culture,this would be helpful to the management and planning the future development of the team.This model of development is so called the "flexible slow forming" team model.With the intensification of the market,the quick development attitude of the clubs is also precisely to bring out the defects of the team culture construction.The cultural construction in the professional football vigorous development today has begun to show bottlenecks.This article is divided into four parts by means of literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics and other relevant theoretical knowledge of management,culture,organizational behavior,public relations and psychology.The first part elaborates the background,significance,reason and research methods and ideas of this subject.The second part shows the development process of the home culture of the Shanghai Division,which uses the Quinn Competitive Cultural Value Model to explain the four branches of the home culture in the development period of the two teams in Shanghai,including flexible change culture,team support culture,different classes specification culture,market performance culture,and according to the team during the period of home culture changes in the future trend of home culture to make the prospective analysis;The third part is the research on the factors of the home culture in the Shanghai Division of the Super League.In this chapter,the dimensions of the main culture are refined.At the same time,factor analysis is used to analyze the factors that affect the culture.And some relevant theories will be used to explore the sort of conditionThe fourth part is the countermeasure analysis of the home culture construction of the Shanghai Division of the Super League.Based on the results obtained in the previous two chapters,this part explores the feasibility of improving the quality of the home culture of the Super League.
