In the new period,the primary school teachers play multiple important roles.Success of the teacher' s role plays an important role in the growth of each student,the overall quality of teachers training and the development of the school.It is found that there are many simply analysis of a certain role,rarely discuss the correlation between professional development and the role of teachers,poor study of this special group of teachers,through the analysis on the role of literature.This article focuses on the current Yanji primary school class teacher role playing and the basic level of the professional development in general and the status of the various dimensions,exploring various dimensions of primary school teachers' professional development level how to influence the teacher role playing.In this paper,265 primary school class teachers in YanJi as the object of investigation to understand elementary school teacher role playing level and professional development basic condition through questionnaire.Based on the investigation and observation,this paper discusses the influence of teacher professional development foundation level on their role playing.The conclusion of this paper is based on the actual investigation and study results of analysis and inquiry.The specific contents are as follows:the overall level of primary school teachers role playing are good,but there is still a lot of room to improve.It scores for the class management,education guide,class activities organizer,communication coordinator from high to low;teacher professional development level is good in general,variable scores ranking is professional affection foundation,professional knowledge and ability,professional concept;Primary school teachers' professional development level had significant differences in different age stages;as the "class manager" role play best,"communication coordinator" played the worst.In the primary school teachers' professional development,the basic level of professional affection is highest,the basic level of professional concepts is the lowest;due to negligence of subjectivity ard lack of training,the basic level in teacher's professional knowledge and ability is not high;the primary school teacher appointment hiring mode is not reasonable,the lack of correct understanding of the value of work,resulting in primary school teacher based professional affection is poor;Owing to the large work of primary school teacher,teachers lack of professional books,reading,primary school teacher professional theory level is not high.Based on the above conclusions,suggestions are as follows:(1)The professional training of the class teacher should pay attention to the training system,orientation and profession;(2)Improve the teacher' s training mode;(3)Strengthen the correct value cognition of their work class value;(4)Optimization and selection of teacher appointment;(5)Advocate Teachers Autonomous Learning;(6)Initiative class teacher can take the initiative to reflect,improve their professional ability.
