The content of environmental legal education is teaching people that laws and regulations are related to environment and cultivating the consciousness of the people to take legal measures to solve the environmental problem.This paper is set up on the environmental problem that closely related to our lives and has been a global concerns.Our country is promoting the rule of law at the same time.The aim of this study have the following points: firstly,to explore the method of infiltrating environmental legal education in biology teaching.Secondly,in order to cultivate students' legal literacy and make them grow as well-rounded people.Thirdly,realize the social function of the biological teaching,promote the development of quality education and the harmonious development of man and nature.This research using the method of questionnaire to survey 488 students from grade one of Ningcheng County fourth middle school and effective questionnaire is 471.The content of the investigation is the current situation of legal education environment and get the following conclusion through investigation:(1)The activities of environmental legal education are less;(2)Students have the awareness of participate in environmental protection activities and willing to learn environmental legal knowledge;(3)The environmental awareness of the students stay on the surface.They don't the form environmental legal system view;(4)Students lack of knowledge of environmental law which is to be improved.In view of the above problems what the school of environmental legal education and school biology teachers made the followingrecommendations:(1)The school should combined with relevant sectors of society provide a platform for students to study and practice of the environmental legal system.Besides,school should increase environmental legal activities;school can according their own conditions to open the special environmental law course or strengthen infiltration teaching,such as infiltration environmental legal education in biology and geography subject;(2)Biology teachers must learn the knowledge of environmental law.The purpose is can not make mistakes in teaching;secondly,teachers should understand material to find out environmental legal knowledge that hidden in the material.Then in teach biology knowledge meanwhile infiltration environmental legal education.
