Micro-lecture is a product of the rapid growth of human knowledge and the arrival of the information age,the appearance of a variety of electronic products makes mobile learning possible.The replacement of electronic products also has brought new opportunities for education,which makes the application of information technology in teaching become an urgent demand,in this case,the micro-lecture gradually entered people's vision and the classroom.The new curriculum standard has repeatedly stressed the need to pay attention to the quality education of students,the development of each student and the individual differences in students to help them to establish self-confidence in learning English and arouse their interest in learning English.The main form of micro-lecture is video,including pictures,text,sound,animation,etc.,which can make the teaching content lively and interesting and stimulate students' interest in learning.In addition,the micro-lecture can also be based on the students' need to choose the playing times and speed,so that students can learn what they don't understand after class.Students can watch micro-lecture video according to their own needs for different time,so micro-lecture can be used as the preview before class,it can also be used to fill gaps or strengthen the consolidation of knowledge after class.This paper takes 51 students in class 3 of Wuhai No.10 middle school and 49 students in class 8 as the research subjects.The micro-lecture in grammar noun clauses teaching of these two classes lasts six months.The purpose of this study is to satisfy the desire of the students to study at their free time and at any place,to promote students' autonomous learning and to improve students' ability to use noun clauses and writing.This study has the following two research questions: Can micro-lecture arouse students' interest in learning English grammar? Can the micro-lecture help the students improve their grammar noun clauses application ability?During the study,the author carried out questionnaire surveys twice and an interview,analyzed the students' scores twice and reached the conclusion: 1.By using the micro-lecture in grammar noun clauses,students' interest in learning English has been aroused to a certain extent;2.Through the micro-lecture teaching,students' ability to use grammar noun clauses has been significantly improved.By comparing the results before and after the test,most of the students' composition scores were significantly improved.Through the study,the author also found some problems,the research on the application of the software is easy to operate,but there are also some limitations to some other means through the fabrication of micro-lecture production forms,which are more likely to arouse the students' interest in learning English and can make the form of English grammar teaching diverse.This paper mainly includes the following several parts: the first part is the introduction,the research background,research significance and the innovation of the research are described.The second part describes the related concepts,characteristics,relevant theories and research status at home and abroad.The third part discusses the research problem,research subjects and research instruments.The fourth part introduces the real practice,including principles,procedures and steps of the application of micro-lecture in noun clauses teaching.The fifth part is about the analysis and discussion about the data collection and analysis,and the analysis of implementation and evaluation about the case of the noun clauses teaching.The sixth part is the summary and outlook of the study,and it also states the results of the study and the existing problems.
