Study On Teaching And Training Of Taekwondo In Colleges And Universities In China

With the rapid development of economy,people constantly improve the level of consumption,for their own health consciousness also more and more strong,in the tide of fitness industry rapid development,become one of the fitness of the people favor in taekwondo.Entertainment and art of taekwondo are a combination of bodybuilding,fitness,and anti-body sports,which become a fashion activity in the modern society.With the popularization of taekwondo,a wave of national fitness has been set up.Especially college students have a deeper understanding of taekwondo,and popular on Chinese university campuses.Open a taekwondo elective course in the national ordinary university,activates the current old teaching mechanism,in the reform of the content of the current physical education at the same time,also broaden the scope of sports education in colleges and universities.This has played a positive role in enriching students' knowledge structure and improving students' physical quality.This study on the teaching present situation of Taekwondo in changchun ordinary university,as the research object.in recent years,the Taekwondo in changchun ordinary university has made a progress of cross-cutting,and also produced many problems,such as Taekwondo teacher has low education background,teaching long years,and awareness of ability training;The teaching method of taekwondo is single,the theoretical content and the practice teaching class arrangement is unreasonable,can't arouse the student's interest in study;The teaching material of taekwondo is not regulated,which makes the structure of the curriculum unreasonable;The training ground for taekwondo is not standardized,the training facilities and equipment are old and the medical facilities are not perfect.Therefore,in order to improve the teaching present situation of taekwondo in Changchun ordinary university,the paper through using the method of documentary,expert interview,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics method.This paper investigates and studies the present situation of taekwondo teaching in Changchun.The conclusion is as follows:(1)the teaching level of taekwondo teachers in the ordinary university in changchun is outdated;(2)the teaching methods of taekwondo in ordinary universities in changchun are single;(3)the material selection of taekwondo material of the ordinary college in changchun city is unclear;Taekwondo teaching environment in changchun is not good.
