Education is the foundation of rejuvenating the country,and sports is the key to strengthening the people.Taekwondo is mainly a sports program that uses both legs and legs and is based on the leg method.It is also a sport for self-cultivation and physical fitness.In recent years,Taekwondo has been widely carried out in China,but there are very few Taekwondo courses in junior high schools.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the Taekwondo course in Shuangyang District,Changchun City,this paper believes that the introduction of Taekwondo course into junior high school is beneficial to the improvement of students' physical and psychological qualities.This paper uses the literature method,questionnaire survey,interview method,logic analysis method and mathematical statistics method to investigate 40 teachers and960 students in the junior high school of Shuangyang District.The results show that the Taekwondo course is very popular in junior high school physical education.welcome.After analysis,the Taekwondo course will play an important role in comprehensively promoting the teaching reform of quality education,and the development of Taekwondo courses in junior high schools will also have its importance.Under the new situation of sports,the Taekwondo course is being carried out in the majority of junior high schools and is still in a preliminary stage.Through the elaboration of the importance,development,problems,influencing factors and implementation countermeasures of the Taekwondo course in the junior high school in Shuangyang District of Changchun City.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn and suggestions are made.Conclusions:(1)Among the 16 junior high schools surveyed,only 3 junior high schools have started Taekwondo courses.They are 153 Middle School,157 Middle School,and 162 Middle School.Although the three schools have already started Taekwondo courses,there are still some problems,including weak teachers(coach professional is not right,coaches do not have regular training,coach age,coaching status),insufficient funds,and insufficient attention of school leaders.Some parents are under-recognized,some students have no interest and perseverance,limited space,safety issues,and less practice time.(2)The Taekwondo course is conducive to enhancing the sports awareness of junior high school students,is conducive to thepsychological health of junior high school students,is conducive to the formation of a strong form of junior high school students,is conducive to the development of good self-cultivation of junior high school students,and is conducive to the interpersonal relationship of junior high school students.The cultivation and improvement of abilities is conducive to the patriotic education of junior high school students,which is conducive to the completion of moral education goals for junior high school students,and is conducive to the junior high school students to meet the requirements of aesthetic education.Therefore,Shuangyang District of Changchun City should introduce Taekwondo courses into physical education classes,better integrate moral education,aesthetic education and mental health education,and promote the overall development of students.(3)After investigation and study,most students are very fond of Taekwondo exercise.They are expected to learn Taekwondo more systematically.They can not only keep fit,but also cultivate their body,so it is not difficult to see that Taekwondo courses are more and more popular and concerned by students..Countermeasures:(1)The school should plan the exercise time of the practitioners,and reasonably formulate corresponding schedules for the athletes to obtain more training opportunities for the athletes.As a competition for individual individual sports,Taekwondo has more competitions,easy to achieve results,and has a certain influence.Schools should establish a strict training system,requiring sports special students and participants to use the self-study time of the seventh lesson for training.Weekly weekends should also carry out the necessary training.In order to ensure the integrity and systemic nature of the training,the school should arrange relevant teachers to take turns to guide the students during the winter and summer vacations so that the students can get more adequate training.(2)The theoretical study of Taekwondo is very important for cultivating athletes' ability to analyze and solve problems.At the same time,they can also exercise their psychological quality well.Taekwondo coaches can show more videos to students in their teachings,especially the images of some large-scale competitions,allowing students to carefully observe the strategies and tactics of elite athletes,sum up experience and exercise their good psychological quality.Coaches should also make full use of the commonality of Taekwondo movements,and guide them in a way that allows students to develop good problems in solving problemsand solving problems.(3)School leaders should understand the development trend of Taekwondo in middle school and the status and importance of sports.Find the facts of data,and take a long-term view.Don't limit yourself to sports competitions organized by superiors.Good things make the campus thriving and let the students move forward.(4)Full encouragement and affirmation of athletes is an important emotional support for their active training.Moreover,the Taekwondo movement has become a household name and the influence is getting deeper and deeper.The students are not simply because they are coached and love to be "trained".Now,because they are fully understood,they want to practice,and the students' enthusiasm plus The support of parents and schools,combined with the seriousness and rigor of the coaches,will definitely improve our training results.It is not a simple project to carry out the Taekwondo movement.We need more people who love Taekwondo to join.The school should organize corresponding training and train more and better coaches.No matter how many students want to study this sport,we will have professional teachers to teach them professional knowledge at any time,and make the Taekwondo sports project bigger and better.(5)The relevant departments of Shuangyang District should vigorously support the development of Taekwondo courses.There should be corresponding capital investment,active Taekwondo competitions,Taekwondo performances,or some small friendly matches,so that all students can experience the fun of Taekwondo.Inspire their desire to learn and improve their quality and ability.(6)Invite some well-known Taekwondo experts in the province to give speeches and publicity,expand their popularity,and actively expand the team of Taekwondo professional teachers to improve the level of Taekwondo in Shuangyang District.(7)Strengthen the specificity and diversification of Taekwondo courses,enrich the content of Taekwondo courses,select some teaching content suitable for middle school students,arrange and set teaching time reasonably,and appropriately select technical actions that are difficult and moderate to achieve optimal results.(8)Combine the actual teaching situation of junior high school sports that has already carried out Taekwondo courses,and cooperate with the major Taekwondo clubs and Taekwondo halls in Shuangyang District to learn,communicate and discuss together,and invite more excellent and professional teachers to teach in our school.To provide students with more professionaland systematic guidance,so that the junior high school students' Taekwondo courses are more perfect,so that different students can learn.In summary,it is very necessary to carry out the Taekwondo course in the junior high school in Shuangyang District of Changchun City,and it is also an inevitable trend for the comprehensive inclusion of junior high school curriculum in the future.
