Agility quality is an important sport quality of athletes, especially for items such as basketball, badminton, the sensitivity of the athletes and the competition results have a great relationship. With the overall improvement of the level of sports, the researchers' studied for speed, endurance, strength and other sports quality has reached a certain height.It is difficult to breakthrough. There is an increasing focus on agility quality of athletes. The most of current domestic existing sensitive quality testing equipment cannot detect the quality of sensitivity integrally,and exist issues such as the large difference between motivational objective and the actual movement.Because of the single and targeted weak of existing sensitive quality testing means,it is lack of an available basic research platform for the research of sensitive quality test. In order to solve the above problem this research designed a new portable agility quality testing system.The testing terminal is composed of an incentive target and a host device. Target incentive is mainly responsible for a light prompt signal and acquisition of human reaction time, the host is responsible for coordination and management of the various incentive target, and is responsible for will inspire the goal of test results are uploaded to the host computer end(a computer or tablet hereafter referred to as host computer), and forwarding of the instructions issued by the host computer to the target incentive. In this paper, through the analysis of the practical application of agility quality, as well as the various project coaches to visit, to determine the function of the test terminal and technical indicators. Communicating between the motivational objective and the host is via by 2.4GHz wireless signals, the host and tablets via RS232 serial port. Motivational objective set random target occurs, the body sensors and wireless signal transmission and other functions in one, as much as possible close to the actual movement of the motivational objective signal. The main components include MSP430f149 MCU, omron E3Z- D62 diffuse reflection type infrared sensor, mornsun wr2 B0312S- 1 booster module, based on AS01- ML01 S wireless communication module NRF24L01 chips, SONY US553450 lithium battery, etc. The hardware foundation of the test terminal is compact and lightweight,it can be flexible assembly according to the specific needs of the test program, any warning lamp lit function allows input stimulus complexly, segment timing system allows accurate motivation. Testers can design their own test program and input in the system through few easy steps. In this paper, the development and reliability of the test terminal is completed, the host computer is completed by the other members of the task group.This research successfully developed a sensitive quality test terminals,which can be stably used and the technical indicators have reached the expected indicators.The system has been applied in the women's soccer team of Wuhan Sports University, accurately and reliably test a agility quality indicators of female football player,and get good response. This study provide technical support for researchers and coaches in testing the agility quality of athletes. The test results can be as the basis for coaches to formulate a athlete agility quality training program.
