| Objective: The agility quality of athletes is an integral part of competitive ability and an important part in determining athletic performance, which is known as the "soul" of soccer. In recent years, more and more scholars have recognized the importance of cognitive decision making in agility, and classified agility qualities into Change-of-Direction(COD)and Reactive Agility(RA).There are a large number of qualitative studies that conceptually elaborate the theoretical classification of change-of-direction and reactive agility and their different efficacy in athletic processes, but experimental studies are insufficient.(1)To confirm the possible differences between RA and RA by testing the VA and RA qualities of college soccer players;(2)To adopt differential training interventions based on the differences between RA and RA to determine the differences in the effects of different training methods on the two sensitivity qualities.RESEARCH METHODS: This paper used the literature method to analyze the definition, classification, and influencing factors of the sensitivity quality of soccer players. The experimental method was used to test and intervene in the sensitivity quality of the experimental subjects.23 male soccer players from general colleges and universities(Level II and above)were selected as subjects, and SNG-RAT(Stop’n’go Reactive-Agility Test,a test method for reactivity),SNG-COD(Stop’ n’go Change of Direction Speed),and SNG-COD(Stop’ n’go Change of Direction Speed Test,a test method for reactivity)were applied.n’go Change of Direction Speed,SRT(Simple Reaction Time),CRT(Choice Reaction Time),Illinois test, and T-test were used for pre-testing.The pre-test data were analyzed by correlation analysis, partial correlation analysis, and factor analysis using SPSS26.0;then they were randomly divided into COD group(change of direction sensitivity group)and RA group(reaction sensitivity group),and were trained in change of direction sensitivity or reaction sensitivity for 8weeks,respectively;the post-test data were analyzed by independent sample t-test and paired sample t-test.Results of the study:(1)The available literature and the available experimental data indicate that sensitivity quality refers to the human body’s ability to make rapid whole-body movements that change speed or direction according to external signal stimuli, and is distinguished as change-of-direction sensitivity and response sensitivity.Reactive agility is the ability to respond to unpredictable stimuli(e.g.,visual and auditory)and then effectively change the direction of movement, and is also referred to as Non-Planned,Open-Skill agility.Change of direction sensitivity refers to the ability to change direction or speed of movement quickly and accurately, and this often refers to the speed of movement or change of direction to a known line of motion.(2)Correlation analysis, partial correlation analysis, and factor analysis of the pretest data results showed that there was no statistically significant difference in the correlation between change-of-direction sensitivity and reaction sensitivity in soccer players, with a correlation coefficient of 0.224 and p=0.304>0.1;at the same time, there was a high correlation within the two, forming a certain cluster;factor analysis of the soccer players’ sensitivity test results showed that: The largest factor was cognitive decision making ability + change of direction ability.(3)After the change-of-direction agility intervention for college soccer players(COD group),it was found that change-of-direction agility training significantly improved the change-of-direction agility quality of college soccer players, with the mean values of each test result increasing by 0.75,0.90,and 1.27 seconds, respectively, and with significant differences p-values of 0.004,0.008,and 0.078,respectively;change-of-direction agility training had only an extremely weak effect on reaction agility quality only had extremely weak or even no effect.(4)After the reaction agility intervention for college soccer players(RA group),it was found that reaction agility training had a significant improvement on the reaction agility quality of college soccer players(p=0.008,p=0.001),but there was no significant difference in the effect on simple reaction time;reaction agility training had a certain improvement on the change of direction agility quality of college soccer players, and the results of each test mean values increased by 0.66 seconds,0.43 seconds, and 0.70 seconds, respectively. Conclusion of the study:(1)soccer players’ agility qualities can be divided into reaction agility qualities and change-of-direction agility qualities, and the correlation between the results of the correlation analysis of the two does not have statistically significant differences;(2)Directional agility training has a significant improvement on the directional agility quality of college soccer players, and has only an extremely weak or even no effect on the reactive agility quality;(3)Reactive agility training has a significant improvement on the reactive agility quality of college soccer players, and has some improvement on the change of direction agility quality;(4)For the competitive sport of soccer, the comprehensive effect of reaction sensitivity training on sensitivity quality is more applicable to the sensitivity quality training of soccer players. |
