Teachers is an important part of human resources, school teachers' job satisfaction affects the working status and development of teachers, as an integral part of the teachers' group and physical education teachers, but also the health protection of students' quality education. So, this article through to middle school physical education teachers in wuhan city as the research object, the incentive middle school sports teachers' working enthusiasm and working enthusiasm, make the physical education teachers in the teaching process to better improve the quality of physical education teaching, guarantee the students' physical health, but also for the urgent needs of the society to cultivate comprehensive health students.In this paper, the method of questionnaire and mathematical statistics to collect data and process analysis, and combining with literature to understand the current wuhan middle school PE teachers' job satisfaction to its state. By the established questionnaire design and methods of doing basic, finally this paper come to the job satisfaction questionnaire, needs to be divided into influence of the dimensions of job satisfaction level, namely, remuneration, welfare benefits, working relationship,management system and working environment, respect and growth and development.Followed by inductive cause PE teachers' job satisfaction is different the individual differences of the results, such as gender, age, title, educational background, teaching objects and the induction time.The results show that:(1) Personal property characteristics of PE teachers in middle schools in wuhan city: male, younger, the common teaching jobs in the majority, mostly work for 5 years,give priority to with undergraduate students.(2) according to the average of the satisfaction from high to low order: working conditions, welfare benefits, growth and development, compensation, management mechanism, working relationship, respect. From overall analysis can lead to the wuhan city middle school physical education teachers of physical education teaching job satisfaction is not high.(3) male teachers and female teachers only on the work environment satisfaction,there was no significant difference in index of other dimensions according to the satisfaction of male teachers were higher than female teachers.(4) in addition to pay a index, middle school physical education teachers in wuhan city index satisfaction almost no differences in other dimensions.(5) middle school physical education teachers in wuhan city each dimension index has a significant effect on the title variable.(6) degree difference of PE teachers in wuhan physical education teachers of middle school is an influential.(7) overall, different teaching objects to the overall satisfaction of PE teachers in middle schools in wuhan city cheng is little impact.(8) different teaching objects to the overall satisfaction of PE teachers in middle schools in wuhan city cheng is great impact.
