The Research About Fuyang City Middle School Physical Education Teacher’s Job Satisfaction In Anhui Province

This article introduces the concepts,theories and methods of job satisfaction andpresents the comparative results of current situation about the job satisfaction of teacherboth abroad and domestic.First,the study comes to a conclusion of a six-dimensionmeasurement of satisfaction based on the interviews,experts opinions,factoranalyses,reliability and validity test with current measurement on job satisfaction,Thena questionnaire which I based on that even-dimension measurement is conducted amongthe teacher in middle-school,and the result indicates the situation of their current jobsatisfaction.Finally,the article discusses dates by the correlation analysis.The main results of study are as follows:1. Overall, the attitude of middle school physical education teachers in Fu yangcity on sports is very satisfactory. Six indicators of job satisfaction of middle schoolphysical education teachers from high to low is: interpersonal relationships, selfrealization and development, leadership and management, working pressure, schoolconditions, welfare pay. Fu yang middle school physical education teachers in welfarepay are dissatisfied, but also exist more serious turnover intention.2. Middle school physical education teachers’ job satisfaction levels related to thedemographic variables of gender, age, education, marital status, spouse employment,seniority, job title, teaching object grade classes, weekly lessons, monthly income,whether as a teacher work, school, location and nature of the school in Fu yang city inAnhui province. Middle school physical education teachers’ job satisfaction in differentqualifications there are significant differences, and in other areas, the differences in jobsatisfaction is not obvious.3. Middle school physical education teachers’ job satisfaction in self-realization anddevelopment, interpersonal relationships are more satisfied in Fu yang city in Anhui province.But in leadership and management, work stress and school conditions, theirsatisfactions are not satisfied in logistical services, job stress, job income, and workingconditions.
