Badminton courses in colleges is an important part of college sports teaching content, and a comprehensive training qualified talents in colleges and teaching task and teaching content, in the compulsory or elective courses in physical education in colleges, has a wide range of students. Teachers as the engineer of the human soul, is directly to the student movement, the main body of knowledge, solutions, mal, its duty is teaching, training and scientific research of the trinity, and teach students. The teachers' teaching ability plays an irreplaceable role in the process of education, the teaching concept, teaching level is reflected and so the performance of the comprehensive quality and ability, is the core of the teaching and training.Badminton in order to improve our country's colleges teachers' teaching ability, to improve the effect of the education quality of teaching and talent training quality, the structure of teachers in colleges badminton ability for scientific research and has practical significance and theoretical research value.In this paper, organised by the university sports association badminton club "2016 national university badminton special teacher training course" from the country's 200 teachers as investigation object, USES the literature material, expert interview, questionnaire survey and statistical methods to analyze the influence factors of teachers in colleges badminton ability, research ability of teachers in colleges badminton structure. The following conclusion:(1)In colleges and universities badminton teacher education overall level is higher, but no high-level doctoral degree, and the level of teachers' title, professional level is not ideal; Teachers' age distribution is moderate, more in line with the project development needs, but gender proportion disparity is bigger; 41% of the teachers did not attend the badminton training experience;(2)Using factor analysis method to 35 impact factors by principal component analysis to extract the six common factor, according to the order of contribution rate and order is: the special teaching ability, research ability, innovation ability, organization ability, management ability, general teaching ability;(3)The academic level of teachers in colleges and universities badminton foundation weak, the academic atmosphere is not high, insufficient attention to academic research and scientific research ability;(4)Sscientific research ability in the six common factor influence is second in coaching ability, but the teacher to influence factor which the common factor is the actual cognitive is generally lower than other impact factors, and affecting factors of grading size is more dispersed, can't get the teachers a unified cognition;(5)Innovation ability and organizational ability of coaching ability in the six common factor influence ranking the third, fourth, respectively, with the teachers on the common factor impact factor important degree of the actual cognitive consistency;(6)Management ability in the six common factor influence ranks fifth in coaching ability, but the actual understanding of the factors impact factor which is higher than the theory of influence degree, even more than the scientific research ability, this is also the university badminton exist in the understanding of teaching ability of teachers;(7)General teaching ability in the six common factor in the least impact on the coaching ability, but the teacher on the common factor impact factor important influence degree of is higher than the actual cognitive theory.Therefore, we should strengthen college badminton the connotation of teachers' teaching ability, improve the academic level, strengthen college badminton teacher team of scientific research ability; Enhance the capacity of teachers in colleges and universities badminton at the core of quality, improve the level of teachers' specialization; Attaches great importance to the college badminton transformation of teacher's teaching methods, teaching thought, pay attention to the diversification of the teaching and comprehensive training mode; Special teaching ability, improve the balance ability of the other at the same time; Increase of the on-the-job training of young teachers and foreign academic exchanges cultivation mechanism, strengthening the combination of theory and practice, to old with the new, constantly optimize the structure of teacher education, the teaching ideas, methods, and the ability of shape.
