China's education system is still belonging to the national plan orchestration scope. Because of the public attribution of the education, the education budget is mainly provided by the government public finance. The level of the educational investment is very low, because our economic level is low. The annual investment in education is only accounted by 2.5% of the GNP which is far blow the international level, which is 5%. Under such circumstances, the lack of the theories instruction and objective analysis results in the unjust provincial allotment of the educational investment. According to the two reason mentioned above, the"Mathew effect"which the rich will be more rich, the poor will be more poor, appear on the development of our regional education, thus the gap between different regional education development level is widening. This thesis is base on the analysis of our country's educational investment condition, trying to classify the regional education by the method of structural comparison and Boston model. Try to find out different way to for different region's education, thus alleviating the gap between rich and poor problem in the current education realm. In the mean time, provide the analytical way of thinking of education resources allotment for the government. Hope to change the situation of education resources unreasonable allotment. The thesis has the theoretic and realistic meaning for improving the education fair and exalting the contribution for the development of the economy.This thesis includes 6 parts. Chapter 1 is the foreword part, mainly about the research background, research purpose and meaning, research method and domestic and international research dynamic state, and then put forward the problem.Chapter 2 review the development process of our country education, analyze the problems exist in the process of educational investment in promoting the development of the economy.In chapter 3, the thesis computes the contribution rate of educational investment for economic growth from 1994 to 2004, and analyzes the result.Chapter 4 analyzes the basic factors for the formation of the different contribution rate in different region. In chapter 5, the thesis computes each province education scale coefficient first, and then brings the two main factors of the educational contribution rate into the Boston matrix to carrying on categorical analysis.Chapter 6 analyzes our country's present educational investment strategy from three aspects, that's macro scale, medium structure and micro classification.Finally, sums up the conclusions of the thesis, and then put forward some political suggestion for the development of education in the aspect of the educational investment.
