By using questionnaire survey,analysis of variance,T test,correlation analysis,regression analysis and other statistical analysis,my research objects focused on 300 teachers in six middle schools in Shijiazhuang.Through measurement and empirical study,this research clearly show the relationship among teachers' achievement goal,teacher effectiveness,and teachers' emotional laborer.Specifically,this study obtained the following empirical findings:1 There are some obvious differences on achievement goal among teachers of different schools,ages,and sex.2 The obvious differences on personal teaching efficiency exist between male and female senior teachers in urban and the male are much higher than the female.Their general teaching efficiency decline with the increase of teaching ages,while the personal teaching efficiency increase with the increase of teaching ages.Compared with other groups(16-20 and above 20),the teaching groups whose teaching ages between 0-5 have obvious differences.The differences also exist among different schools.(Vocational high schools are higher than the key high schools and the Ordinary high schools are the lowest ones.)3 For high school teachers,the obvious differences on emotional labor exist between different sexes and teaching ages.Compared with the other two kinds of schools,the urban high school teachers have obvious differences on the aspect of natural behavior.4 Three are obvious relationships among teachers' achievement goal,teacher effectiveness and teachers' emotional labor.Positive correlation exists between teachers' achievement goal and teachers' emotional labor.This kind of relationship also exists between teacher effectiveness and teachers' emotional labor.While negative correlation exists between teacher effectiveness and the following two aspects: the surface acting and natural acting of teachers' emotional labor.The negative correlation exists between general teaching efficiency and teachers' achievement which close to the directional goal.The positive correlation exists between general teaching efficiency and teachers' achievement which avoid the directional goal.The positive correlation exists between urban high school personal teaching achievement and teachers' achievement which close to the directional goal.The negative correlation exists between urban high school personal teaching achievements and teachers' achievement which avoid the directional goal.5 Urban high school teachers' achievement goal and dimensions of teacher effectiveness have certain expectant effect on urban high school teachers' emotional labor.6 Urban high school teachers' efficiency has mediation effect in models.It refers that teachers' achievement goal has expectant effect on teachers' emotional are achieved partly by teacher effectiveness.
