Kindergarten teachers' emotional labor refers to the process in which kindergarten teachers adjust their emotional feelings and emotional performance according to the educational purpose and the kindergarten's work goals,including emotional labor consciousness,emotional labor content and emotional labor mode.kindergarten teachers' emotional labor has certain specialities compared with other occupations.The specific performance is the diversification of kindergarten teachers' emotional labor products,and the continuous and frequent labor time.Through the investigation and study of the emotional labor of kindergarten teachers in G province,it is found that there are three issues about the current kindergarten teachers' emotional labor,which are lack of awareness,limited to the surface of labor and more control than adjustment.The reason is that,first of all,the teacher recruitment of kindergarten rarely involve emotional labor skills.Emotional labor skills are rarely considered in the recruitment process,and the lack of emotional expression rules makes lack of awareness.Secondly,there is a certain speciality in the work of kindergarten teachers.The specific performance is that the heavy workload of kindergarten teachers and the low sense of occupational acquisition lead to surface of the emotional labor.In addition,kindergarten teachers lack emotional labor training.Less emotional work skills are involved before their works,and the lack of emotional labor knowledge training in this job leads to the emotional labor mode become more control than adjustment.In order to improve the emotional work of kindergarten teachers,firstly,standardize the emotional standards,add observation of emotional labor skills on the recruitment and hiring,and formulate the emotional expression rules of kindergarten teachers as soon as possible to improve their emotional labor awareness.Secondly,create a good working environment,advocates the friendly leadership culture and improve the payroll to adjust their emotional labor content.In addition,it can also create a professional growing platform for kindergarten teachers,and strengthen the development of emotional labor ability in preschool education.During their working pried,paying more attention to kindergarten teachers' emotional labor knowledge and skills training to improve their emotional labor methods.
