Teachers College Students Entrepreneurship Status,Problems And Countermeasures

In recent years,the economic situation is getting more and more dismal.Under the pressure of employment promotion,coupled with economic independence and achievement motivation,some college students began to set their foot on the road of entrepreneurship.So,it is of great importance to take effective measures in the field of university innovation and entrepreneurship education.It not only helps to improve their own growth but also to promote the implementation of national innovation policy.Preschool education college students are a relative special group among domestic college students due to their professional characteristics,knowledge structure,quality&skills and development direction.This paper took kindergarten teachers college students as research object to discuss current situations,problems and countermeasures of this field.On the base these research,the author supplied some well-directed and operable countermeasures for preschool education college students' entrepreneurship with help of related theories.This paper was divided into five parts.The first part was the introduction which introduces background,purpose,significance and methods of the research.At the same time,the author made a brief review of related documents.The first chapter was the theoretical basis which laid the theoretical foundation for the following research.Firstly,the concept of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurs was discussed.Then the author expounded the theory of entrepreneurial traits and entrepreneurial learning theory in order to bring inspiration for this paper.The second chapter was the practical investigation which mainly included questionnaire survey and interview.Through an interview,the kindergarten teachers college students' current situation was analyzed in this paper.Main problems existing in teachers college students ' entrepreneurship consists of lagged business idea,lack of skills,lack of creative culture and objective condition constraints.The third chapter gave an analysis of existing problems and causes of preschool education college students' entrepreneurship from different levels of government,society,college and preschool education college students themselves.Causes from the government included lack of systematic planning,incompatible policy support,policy palliatives and so on.Causes from the society mainly lied in poor cultural environment and limited support system,Causes from colleges lied in the fact that entrepreneurial culture was not perfect.Causes from preschool education college students included ambiguous entrepreneurship idea,lagged executive ability,backward marketing ability and so on.The fourth chapter supplied some countermeasures for preschool education college students' entrepreneurship.Solution countermeasures of government level consists of including perfecting venture policy,and increasing venture support efforts,broadening financing channel,and solution funds problem,set venture courses,and solution actual difficult.Solution countermeasures of of social include creating active of venture culture atmosphere,providing comprehensive service support system.Solution countermeasures of college level include deepening venture education reform,strengthening venture teachers team construction and creating campus venture culture atmosphere.Solution countermeasures of personal level include upgrading venture consciousness,improving market operation capacity and building core team.The last part was the conclusion which reviewed research results of this paper and drew its drawbacks.At the same time,the author pointed out directions of the following study.
