China has become one of the most vibrant economies around the world,with the deepening of the economic system reform,people's concept of career there have been great changes in recent years,the country's public entrepreneurship peoples under the influence of innovation,the entrepreneurial passion of people at an all-time high,at home and abroad also inspired group after group of college students to take an active part in the entrepreneurial boom entrepreneurship,and so did the people of entrepreneur and entrepreneurial spirit to further thinking Most of the existing entrepreneurs do not further explore entrepreneurial practice on the basis of some knowledge of the nature of entrepreneurship.They often pursue short-term achievements and subsequent benefits,without their own clear goals and methods,and blindly follow the trend of entrepreneurship.With the acceleration of the pace of world economic integration,the competition pattern of newly established enterprises has gradually changed into the competition of core competitiveness of enterprises.Entrepreneurs must also change from opportunists to strategic operators.Therefore,our country calls for rational entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs with modern competitive consciousness.As a pioneering new forces of college students,more needs through entrepreneurship to enrich their own business knowledge,improve their qualification,the entrepreneurial spirit in college students entrepreneurs play a leading and guiding role in the entrepreneurial process at present,the domestic and foreign scholars research results about college students' entrepreneurial improve college students' entrepreneurial ability,but usually not based on the relevant theory of business management,entrepreneurs of practical guiding significance for college students is not strong.Based on the cultivation of research ability,and innovative put forward the measure of college students' entrepreneurial ability to conform to entrepreneurship and is beneficial to the improvement of the students' entrepreneurial quality,exploring from the perspective of business management to improve college students' entrepreneurial ability training the right way,so as to promote the college students' entrepreneurial ability the ascension of exploratory research of this paper can make the deepening research of entrepreneurship,at the same time is conducive to improve college students' entrepreneurial management theory.Based on related theory and literature,entrepreneurship can be divided into five dimensions,and on this basis,designed a survey questionnaire was divided into entrepreneurship scale and entrepreneurs matching degree scale,investigation of entrepreneurship,respectively,to have all aspects of the situation and the school activities to promote students of entrepreneurship promotion effects,this study will T collegestudents as the specific research object,500 questionnaires were distributed to students with entrepreneurial intention,practical experience in entrepreneurship and students who had participated in entrepreneurship competition,and 450 valid questionnaires were collected from senior students who were in internship and graduates of the class of 2019,so as to provide data basis for later research.Later in this paper,we use SPSS19.0 variance analysis method for data analysis and so on has carried on the system,it is concluded that the T college students' career ability of differences in different ways according to the above differences,as well as all aspects of activities to promote entrepreneurship T college effect analysis,in-depth analysis of the institute of T in college students' entrepreneurial ability training problems based on the analysis of the above problems,put forward the promoting T college students entrepreneurship as the representative factors of entrepreneurship countermeasures and suggestions.In this paper,based on the relevant theory of entrepreneurship research,from the perspective of entrepreneurial management on improve the right way to cultivate college students' career ability,make the deepening research of entrepreneurship,in theory,at the same time to improve and extend the cultivation of the college students' entrepreneurship theory of entrepreneurship for college students can make students truly understand yourself,for you have a reasonable positioning,display own superiority to the right,to improve their competitiveness in the fierce competition in society It has a certain guiding role for the cultivation of entrepreneurial ability of T college students,which can also provide good practical reference for the implementation of entrepreneurial education in other universities.
