Research On The Cultivation Of College Students' Entrepreneurial Consciousness

Entrepreneurship is an important way of employment,entrepreneurial success not only solves their own employment problems,but also provides employment opportunities for others.College students being a new force of mass innovation and entrepreneurship,their career consciousness,pioneering spirit and quality of entrepreneurship affect the full implementation of the five development concepts "Innovation,coordination,green,open,sharing" and the development of their own.The cultivation of their career consciousness,to a great extent,influences the improvement of student's level and the development of socialist cause.Therefore,it is very important to develop students' pioneering consciousness so we need to pay attention to it.The dissertation chooses this subject as research object standing on the necessities of developing pioneering consciousness.It consists of five parts and mainly centers on three problems:What is development of enterprising consciousness'?Why and how develop it?The first part mainly expounds the background and the significance of this subject,analyzing research status at home and abroad,pointing out research thinking and difficulties and finding relevant theory and research methods that construct the framework for next research.The second part mainly expounds two problems:What and why.According to a series of relevant conceptions,the paper elaborates the problem;What is development of students'entrepreneurship consciousness?Then it lays emphasis on the significance of this subject.The third part also explains the What problem,but unlike second part it uses empirical investigations to illustrate the research status.On the basis of using the efforts of other scholars,the paper designs and carries out questionnaire,uses SPSS software to sort out survey data so that it could help to discover problems of students' entrepreneurship consciousness and development status.Finally it founds out the cause of problems based on open problems.The fourth part aims to figure out the history of university entreprenurial education in America and Korea which offers references for cultivating pioneering consciousness of Chinese students.The fifth part mainly puts forward the methods of development entrepreneurship consciousness.The dissertation sets forth the methods of strengthening and improving entrepreneurship conscious from four aspects:society,universities,family and individual.The last part is a conclusion of the whole thesis.
