Research On The Countermeasure Of Strengthening The Effectiveness Of Ideological And Political Education

The research of ideological and political education effectiveness that is throughout colleges and universities is not only a static evaluation system,but also a dynamic process.It is an urgent problem needed to be solved how to further strengthen and improve this work,at the same time,improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education of colleges and universities.With the development of the times,the research on the effectiveness of the ideological and political education in colleges is more perfect,from different angles and different point of views.It has made great achievements and accumulates a lot of experience.However,there are some limitations in the exploration and research of the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges.The research on the effectiveness of ideological and political education is trapped in the traditional research orientation and the mode of thinking,we don't separate the ideological and political education and professional knowledge education from the essence area in the actual application of education contents,methods and means.This paper is changing the concept and breaking the traditional thinking,focusing on analysis of the new era of college students' ideological and psychological conditions through the questionnaire survey,literature review,collate materials.It tries to find out the reasons why the effectiveness of ideological and political education is not strong from the educators,the educated,the educational medium and educational environment,explores the countermeasures to enhance the effectiveness of the ideological and political education in colleges,fully considers the feasibility of the concrete countermeasures and studies the effectiveness of ideological and political educations in depth,comprehensive and systematic.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is introduction.It describes the background and significance of the research,combs the domestic and foreign scholars on the research of the ideological and political education effectiveness,and summarizes the experience,as a result,it can determine the ideas in this paper.The second part mainly expounds the relevant concept that is in the field of ideological and political education,and defines it according to the past scholar's research results.The third part mainly analyzes the data obtained through on-the-spot investigation,then summarizes the problems existing in the ideological and political education effectiveness.The fourth part is to analyze the problems founded,trying to grasp the factors that affect the effectiveness of ideological and political education from the elements of the ideological and political education process.The fifth part analyzes and studies the measures of improving ideological and political education effectiveness from educators,educated,education media and education environment.
