Objective:In this study,case study discusses the formation of imagery training to visually impaired swimmer appearance and ability to raise effectiveness,and verify its positive impact on the athletes training and competition results by the study design,in order to promote disabled persons Swimming Training Methods scientific,raise the level of training and competition results.Methods:This study swimmer gui-zhi li for the blind in jiang su province as the research object,the research time for July 2014 to September 2016.In the implementation of specific image training,first of all develop general representation ability of athletes,training provides the basis for specialization representation;Second,using solid instant the appearance of exercise after swim,establish real swimming as memory on the basis of accurate representation;Then,with the method of representation to real after swim,improving athletes in appearance led accurate solid performance,the physical distribution,and tactical intention to achieve the best combination of truly \ "free\";Finally,under the condition of the transformation of complex to enhance the stability of representation and swim.Through the system of representation of the scheme set make athletes。Conclusions:(1)through the appearance of a long training,can strengthen the visually impaired swimmer’s self-confidence,the courage to accept the new training method and is more reasonable.(2)through the combination of real swimming and representation training,proved that the real swimming can provide effective memory material appearance.Through training can greatly reduce appearance and real error value.(3)through the appearance and the combination of swimming training,in-depth processing,can improve the athletes use of representation to real swimming for targeted leading role,to provide accurate and clear feedforward.(4)the representation used for the application of phase conditions can improve the anti-interference ability of athletes,training and competition for sports in the changeable environment play the best performance.
