Based on the supply and demand of Xi'an institutions endowment as the research target, the disabled elderly as the research object.mainly use the empirical research method, collecting information about elderly disabled supply and demand of Xi'an institution endowment through specific investigation and visit. Taking the quantitative and qualitative analysis on the investigation results, and then puts forward some policy suggestions to narrow the contradiction between supply and demand.The first part is the introduction. Mainly analyze the social background, the necessity and significance of research of the institution endowment. Meanwhile comb the research results about institution endowment, which builds the foundation of the following research.The second part, mainly introduce the position of the institution endowment in the whole society. Meanwhile analyze the current situation, clear the shortage of the institution endowment. Compare the institutions endowment patterns to other pension mode for analysis, to clear the advantages and disadvantages of the institution endowment, proving the value of its existence.The third part, mainly analyze the elderly disabled needs of the institutions endowment. This part mainly use the way of questionnaire and interview to investigate the elderly health conditions, living conditions, economic situation, the medical condition, the ideal fee standards for the institutions endowment, attitudes to institutions endowment and the institution's service, and to learn the requirements of the institution endowment of the elderly disabled. Meanwhile analyze the key and difficult to take care for the elderly disabled, providing some enlightenment to the development of the institutions endowment.The fourth part, mainly introduce the elderly disabled provision of the institutions endowment, analyze the operation of the Xi'an institutions to learn the current situations of the institutions endowment through specific investigation and visit. Also analyze some indexes which affect the satisfaction of the elderly disabled life. The results shows that the dissatisfaction mainly concentrated in the diet, agency service, the hardware environment for agencies, which is illuminating to improve the level of management and the service quality. Make transverse comparison on service and management between different institutions and analyze the differences about hardware facilities, and management, service, these factors will directly related to the elderly disabled quality of life.The fifth part, based on the analysis of the disabled elderly institution endowment of supply and demand contradiction, propose some ideas to resolve the contradiction between supply and demand. To some extent, the author thinks that it can narrow the contradiction between supply and demand through the efforts of government support, good social atmosphere, endowment institutions, family support and older disabled self-adjust etc. various endowment responsibility the reasonable distribution of the mechanism to realize that institution endowment of disabled develop to service contents barrier-free, psychological communication barrier-free, social system environment barrier-free. Carrying out related services about elderly disabled, and build the disabled elderly institution endowment services system " manage based on scientific classification, take the basic life safeguard as the bottom line, spirit for auxiliary, take the rehabilitation training service as main contents, social support for support" which will improve the quality of life of disabled elderly people and make them live more dignified. |
