| Physical education in primary schools is the main component of the school curriculum system,which is focused on the physical and psychological education for pupils.As a traditional national sports project,shuttlecock movement is very popular among the pupils,through which,they can not only enhance their physical fitness,adjust their psychological condition in order to cultivate volitional quality,improve their physical education accomplishment and promote the all-round development of their bodies,but also master a kind of sports skills to lay a good foundation for future lifelong sports at the same time of healthy growth.This research mainly uses the following research methods,such as the literature material law,the questionnaire method,the experimental method,the mathematical statistical method,the logical analysis method and so on.This research takes the 35 pupil shuttlecock movement athletes in Grade 3 and 4 from Danyang Yunlin School(primary division)as the experimental group(15boys and 20 girls),the 35 pupils in Grade 3 and 4 from Danyang Erling Primary School as the control group(15 boys and 20 girls),and tries to reveal the effect of shuttlecock movement on the physical and mental health of pupils through a 18-week empirical research,with the purpose of providing theoretical reference for the improvement of pupils’ physical health,further to provide scientific basis for the reform of physical education in primary schools.The research conclusions are as follows:1.Research shows that shuttlecock movement helps to improve the whole level of pupils’ physical health.There exists a significant difference before and after between the data results of these five experiments: vital capacity,one-minute rope skipping,standing long jump,50 meters*8 shuttle run and 50 meters run,which proves that shuttlecock movement can improve the respiratory system function,the stamina quality,the lower-limb explosive strength,the physical coordination,as well as speed,agility of pupils.However,there’s no significant difference before and after between the experimental data results of medicine ball and sit-and-reach,which shows that the improvement of shuttlecock movement on pupils’ upper body strength and flexibility is not obvious in a short time.2.Research shows that the movement of the shuttlecock pupils single foot support ability has improved significantly,that shuttlecock exercise helps improve the balance force of pupils.3.Experiments show that shuttlecock movement has a positive effect on the mental health of pupils.Comparing the data results between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiments,there’s a significant difference on the factors of learning anxiety,anxiety to people,loneliness tendency,self-blame tendency,sensitivities and the scores,together with the physical symptoms,which explains the good effect of shuttlecock movement on the overall improvement of pupils’ mental health status. |
