The Cultivation Of The College Students ' Quality Of Marxist Philosophy

With the development of the society,higher requirements for university students' quality are put forward.In order to meet the requirements of social development and the students' development,students need to set up the correct values,outlook on life,world outlook,the need of innovation,practice,the competition ability.However,there are many problems on today's college students,such as political awareness deviation,the collective consciousness,the value of orientation utilitarian,improper learning methods and so on.It is difficult to meet the needs of today's society.Nowadays more and more people realize the importance of quality education,hoping to through the marxist philosophy education to guide the practical activities of college students,improve the moral quality of college students,help students establish the correct values.In this paper,I analysis the importance and necessity of cultivating college students' accomplishment of marxist philosophy,contact the actual multi-angle in-depth the lack of college students' quality,targeted effective path of cultivating college students' accomplishment of marxist philosophy,to promote the cultivation of college students' accomplishment of marxist philosophy.There are three parts in this paper.The first part discusses the necessity and importance of cultivating college students' accomplishment of marxist philosophy,and points out that for a lot of college students marxist philosophy can help them solve many problems.For example,marxist philosophy help students realize self improvement and development,set up the correct world outlook,the outlook on life,values,and meet the requirement of times development,and succeed in the competition.The second part analysis the problems of marxist philosophy college students are faced with,and the reasons why college students lack of marxist philosophy.I think today's college students' awareness of the marxist philosophy,lacking of philosophy thinking ability.The cause of this situation can be roughly summed up as four aspects: firstly,the problems existed in the teaching process,the idea of philosophy education,teaching methods and so on.So the philosophy teaching effect is not ideal,influence the cultivation of the college students philosophy quality;Secondly,political philosophy,philosophy and political be confused,that make the students tired of marxist;Thirdly,along with the development of economic,utilitarian and impetuous has become the characteristics of The Times,that make college students more dangerous;Fourth,the problems of philosophy itself.With the development of social economy,new things appear constantly,marxist theory can not make a reasonable explanation for new phenomenon and new things,which leads to many students doubt of marxism philosophy.The third part explores the methods to cultivate college students' accomplishment of marxist philosophy.Combining with today's actual situation,summed up the following four aspects: firstly,we should shift the philosophy education concept.Nowadays,quality education becoming more and more important,the aim of education is to cultivate high-quality talents,which requires us change philosophy education idea,pay more attention to quality education,cultivate the students' subject consciousness and thinking ability,stimulate students' interest in learning,improve students' ability to solve problems and analysis problems,so as to improve the teaching effect of philosophical education,strengthen philosophy education practice,improve the quality of the students.Secondly,we should promote the education content,looking at Chinese traditional philosophy and traditional western philosophy with critical attitude,absorbing the new development and new trends of modern society.Thirdly,we should perfect the education management system and improve the quality of education workers.Fourth,we should promote college students' philosophical quality.In the process of teaching,we should combine with the Chinese and foreign education philosophy in philosophy history background and the practice;deal with the relationship between teaching and learning.In a word,improveing college students' quality is an important goal of education of marxist philosophy.It is a comprehensive process to achieve the goal.It requires us to change education idea,education content,and need to improve the quality of the philosophy of education workers,the optimization of the integrated use of various educations.
