How to coordinate tolerance and control of balance for primary teachers in the classroom teaching is the importance of guarantee to realize effective teaching. Some researches usually regard the teacher's tolerance and control as two independent topics, but there is few research materials which combined tolerance and control. Therefore, this paper tries to from the perspective of Foucault's Disciplinary Power, takes teachers of S primary school in Jieyang, Guangdong province as examples, and use the oberservation and interviews as the main methods, from three dimensions which conclude way, selection and scope to analyze the toleracne and control of priamry school teachers. This study is discussed from the following aspects.The first chapter is the introducion, which is based on the reasons why I choose this topic and the significance of the research, to sort out the existing research, and definite four core words:disciplinary and disciplinary power, classroom teaching, teachers' tolerance ad teachers'control.The second chapter is about the design of the study, which includes the object, the methods and the procedure of the study.The third chapter is the theoretical analysis, in the analysis of Foucault's Disciplinary Power Theory and the tolerance and control of primary scholl teachers, illustrate the tolerance and control of primary school teachers which based on the Foucault's Disciplinary Power Theory. This provides a theoretical basis for the developmet of this research.The fourth chapter is about investigation and analysis of the research, from the way, selection and scope to analyze the current situation and probelems and causes of the toleracne and control of priamry school teachers which is based on Foucault's Disciplinary Power Theory.The fifth chapter is the suggestion which include that primary teachers shoud take effective classroom norms and appropriate classroom knowledge control, in the choice should be based on the differences of the education object to coordinate the balance, and in the scope should take into account multiple dimensions and appropriate delegation of authority.At the end of this paper, I draw a conclusio. which mainly analyzes the shortcomings of this study, and puts forward the direction of the future reserach.
