Along with the time development and the education idea unceasing renewal,take the student as this,respected the student individuality education idea already the sink deep into the hearts of the people.Primary school teachers are teaching underage students who are immature physically and mentally and are in a rapid development period.Moreover,for various reasons,it is often impossible to exclude external influencing factors,so they are prone to behave irregularly in the school education.Therefore,it is necessary for teachers to exercise their power of punishment so that students can correctly recognize their own incorrect behaviors and actively correct them for no longer repeat them,thus benefiting the healthy development of students.The traditional education concept makes people think that the civilized education way can only encourage and praise students instead of criticize them.As educators,more concern should be placed upon reprimand which will infringe students' rights of reputation and personal right for nothing,what is worse,reprimand will cause disappearance of fresh lives.Considering pressures from all sides such as public opinion,sanctions of education laws and regulation etc.When carrying out reprimand,teachers often feel fenced or even do not know what course to take during specific education and teaching process.At the same time,the current laws and regulations do not make clear and specific provisions on teachers' instructive disciplinary power,which leads to lack of legitimacy and the lack of teachers' instructive disciplinary power or excessive instructive punishment of teachers occur frequently.Under the pressure of public opinion,education laws and regulations,school and parents,etc.teachers are afraid of making instructive punishment,so that they gradually give up the Teachers' Disciplinary Power.Therefore,how to correctly understand instructive punishment and reasonably exercise the power of it seems particularly important,based on which this paper was finished.
