Survey And Analysis Of The Current Situation About Staff Volleyball In Shengli Oilfield

Shengli oilfield is one of the typical state-owned companies in China. Sports participation of staff in state-owned company has always assumed the highest percentage among occupational groups, mostly representing the main characteristics of social sports. Adopting fact finding method, questionnaires, face to face interview, and mathematical statistics, the essay analyzes the current situation on staff volleyball in Shengli oilfield. The research results can be beneficial for enterprises to conduct more scientific and effective management in staff volleyball, thus promoting the progression in staff and social sports in China.The research shows that 1. There are three stages in the development of Shengli oilfield staff volleyball:the early infancy during the fast increase of exploration period, certain scale development during the high-speed and stable production stage, all-round development stage in the innovative period.2. Shengli oilfield staff volleyball has feasible plans, and trade union is its main source of funds. Volleyball equipment of secondary units is overall in good conditions. Most of the secondary units of Shengli oilfield hire their volleyball coaches.3. There is a gender balance in participants. As age goes up, more female participants than male are involved. Sports physical consumption occupies most shares. The players are less professional athletes and more amateurs.4. The main elements affecting the training of volleyball athletes are training facilities, leisure time, competition atmosphere in the enterprise, and attitude of the leaders or their family towards volleyball competition.5. The top three factors influencing the development of staff vol leyball. in Shengli oilfield include care form corporate leaders, trade union’s support and the quantity and quality of the volleyball venue.
