From the "Outline of the National Fitness Program" to the "Outline of the 2030 Healthy China Plan",the party and the country have constantly reminded the Chinese of the importance of physical exercise for physical and mental health while continuously improving the fitness environment for the people. In recent years, with the comprehensive reform of college sports, the work pressure of college teachers and staff has gradually increased, resulting in college teachers and staff having no time to pay attention to their physical and mental health while taking care of their families.Today's college teachers are mostly in a sub-health state. What's more terrible is that the mental illness caused by long-term work pressure and untimely negative emotional counseling is slowly invading their health.Air volleyball is one of the most popular mass sports events in recent years. It has low entry requirements and moderate exercise intensity. As a net event,it can effectively prevent injuries caused by collisions in sports.College teachers work at their desks for a long time, and the spiking, blocking, passing and other actions of air volleyball can help college teachers effectively prevent and improve cervical spondylosis. In short, air volleyball is a sport that is suitable for promotion to university teachers. The work of university teachers and staff has heavy work recognition.Participating in air volleyball for exercise can effectively help university teachers and staff to enhance physical fitness, healthy life, cohesion, and resolve bad emotions. In this paper, the research methods of literature volleyball, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and logical analysis are used to investigate the situation of participation in gas volleyball, motivation of exercise, evaluation of exercise effect and self-efficacy of gas volleyball participants of 13 college staff in Kunming.Analyze the influence of tripartite reciprocal determinism factors(personal factors, social factors, behavioral factors)on the exercise motivation, exercise effect evaluation, and self-efficacy of the staff volleyball participants in Kunming University. The following conclusions are drawn: 1.The faculty and staff are fully devoted eachtime they participate in air volleyball physical exercise, but they do not develop good long-term exercise habits.Among them, male faculty and staff have a stronger sense of exercise than female faculty and the higher their education Of faculty members prefer to spend leisure time on physical exercise.2.Due to the particularity of the work of the faculty and staff, the faculty and staff are more convenient to obtain the venue and sports equipment.College and university faculty and staff don't invest much in air volleyball, and the most expensive thing in air volleyball is sports drinks.3.Exercise motivation is significantly related to behavioral factors, personal factors, environmental factors, participation opportunities, social support, and exercise atmosphere, indicating that the strengthening of exercise motivation requires regular exercise habits to promote people's habitual exercise behaviors. The three social factors of personal factors and participation opportunities, social support, and exercise atmosphere are also significantly related to exercise motivation.4.The evaluation of exercise effect is significantly related to time, personal factors, and social environment factors except exercise conditions.5.Self-efficacy is significantly related to exercise risk in personal factors and social constraints and exercise conditions in social factors.6.Behavioral factors, individual factors and social environmental factors have an influence on each other.Cultivating good sports habits requires a good sports atmosphere.Individuals are willing to persist and pay their time.
