Research On The Living Conditions Of The Casual Laborer Groups

On urban casual laborer groups of research not innovations to Professor Zhou Daming is representative of the scholars of China's southeast coastal area of casual workers living conditions of existing research. Present the survival status of Xi'an city of casual workers from the three aspects of the demographic characteristics of the groups of laborers, casual work and casual workers daily life situation, the description and analysis of casual workers residence, gender, age, level of education, marital status and demographic characteristics, casual workers on work satisfaction, casual workers on life satisfaction and demographic characteristics between satisfaction and the relationship between specific content.Studies have shown that casual workers of Xi'an has dual identity of urban workers and farmers, source of income mainly covers work income and agricultural income, most of them to wage income as the main source of income. Casual workers in the cities are social integration difficulties, the legitimate rights and interests of labor is difficult to guarantee, social recognition degree is low and the stability of the potential social risks and other difficulties and problems. For casual workers dilemma, the author puts forward the policy on deepening the reform of the household registration system, legal protect laborers legitimate rights and interests, industry actively promote vocational and technical training, regional increased community humanistic concern, experience created modern day laborer labor supermarket and innovation guide laborers product very entrepreneurial development path and hopes for laborers to early realization of their own value, and members of the public to share the fruits of social development.
