Survival Status And Development Path Of Private Kindergarten In Xi'an City From The Perspective Of Public Administration

Private kindergarten plays a decisive role in the field of pre-school education. With the development of preschool education background of Xi’an City, the growing number of private kindergarten not only meet the parents and the social demand for pre-school education, but also ease the "kindergarten crunch" problem and make up for the deficiency of the national education funds. At present, the number of private kindergartens of Xi’an city is far more than that of the public kindergartens and preschool education institutions and become the main force in the preschool education of Xi’an city. With the development of Private Kindergarten team, some problems also emerge and the living condition of some private kindergartens is not optimistic. Therefore, how to run a private kindergarten, promote the healthy, orderly, standardized development of private kindergarten became the focus of the new in preschool education fieldThe problems of Private kindergarten development of Xi’an City encountered mainly in the private kindergarten management, teachers, funding and other aspects, among which the private kindergarten management is the key to the healthy development of private kindergarten. In this paper, the author takes the private kindergarten of Xi’an city as the research object, based on the public management angle, the leading role of the government, in-depth investigation and study of the problems in the private kindergarten faces at present to grasp the private kindergarten survival status of Xi’an city basis through the analysis and thinking to explore the development path of private kindergarten Xi’an city. The author insist on government leading private kindergartens supervision; broaden the private kindergarten funds channels, strengthen the management of funds; and puts forward some specific strategies and suggestions to promote the sustainable development of private kindergarten, and hope this paper to provide some valuable reference for the development of preschool education in Xi’an city.
