| Graduate education is based on undergraduate education, which main characteristic is study, the quality of research is directly related to the education of a nation. The relationship between tutors and postgraduates is one of the important factors that affect the quality of graduate education. In recent years, because of the contradiction between the tutor and the postgraduates, the problems are more and more. People attach grate importance to the relationship between postgraduates and tutors. Many scholars have carried out theoretical research on this problem, and try to find out the countermeasures to optimize the relationship between the two parties.At present, the academic circles put forward the criticism and question of the current situation of the relationship between graduate students and tutors. As for the research of essence of relationship between.the tutor and graduate students and the optimization countermeasures is single sided, they often only from the perspective of pedagogy, sociology, psychology to analyze. In fact, first of all, the problem between tutor and students is a pedagogy issue, and at the same time, it is also a psychological and economic field.This article in order to avoid the research angle of view is unitary and too broad, this article separately from the tutor and graduate exchange in the spiritual interaction, which is based on psychological contract theory, and the material interaction, which is based on the exchange theory in economics and the theory of opportunism to analyze the problems and reasons between tutors and postgraduates. Firstly, we discuss the specific problem performance between the tutor and the graduate students. Secondly, we discuss the existence of psychological contract violation and opportunism behavior problems, and the reasons. We generalize the reasons are as follows:the tutors and the students have differences in communication, in the interests of exchange by the existence of information asymmetry in the relationship of opportunism behavior. At last, based on the double angle of view, this article puts forward the suggestion of optimizing the relationship, such as resolve the differences between the two sides,improve the professional level and moral level of both sides, reduce opportunism behavior allocation of founds for scientific research in teaching research, which has important meaning to the educational practice. |
